What to do in the event of an accident or other reason for a claim.
Making a Claim
In the unlucky event of being involved in an accident, please gather as much information as possible to help us get a full picture. In particular collect:
- Names
- Addresses
- Telephone numbers
- Registration numbers of all vehicles involved
- Colour, make and model of all vehicles involved
- Take photos if you can
- Note anything unusual about the situation like road conditions
- Details of any passengers if present
